Message from Director

Invalidity

 

A. For Royal Cambodian Armed forces

     1. First case:

  • The person who has chronicle disease, elderly, get work accident without lost any part of body;
  • Year of working is at least 10 years for woman and 15 years for man;
  • The minimum pension equal to 50% of last basic salary;
  • The maximum pension is not over 60% of last basic salary.

      2. Second case:

  • The person work in dangerous place or the place harm to health, he/she can get invalidity pension without year of work condition. They were divided to three levels as following:

  1. The first level get pension equal to 100% of last basic salary;

  2. The second level get pension equal to 80% of last basic salary;

  3. The third level get pension equal to 60% of last basic salary.

  • If the Royal Armed force cannot fulfill the above mention, he/she will get only lump sum pension. The lump sum equals to the last salary multiple with the number of year of working but not least than salary of 6 months.

 

B. For National Police
  • The person who has chronicle disease, elderly, working in dangerous place or the place harm to health, he/she can get invalidity pension without year of working condition. They were divided to three levels;
  • The first level invalidity is the person who was judge as disable from 81% to 100%. He/she can get pension equal to 70% of last basic salary plus 50% of pension in this level (105% of last basic salary);
  • The second level invalidity is the person who was judge as disable from 61% to 80%. He/she can get pension equal to 60% of last basic salary;
  • The third level invalidity is the person who was judge as disable from 41% to 60%. He/she can get pension equal to 50% of last basic salary;
  • If the Royal Armed force cannot fulfill the above mention, he/she will get only lump sum pension. The lump sum equals to the last salary multiple with the number of year of working but not least than salary of 6 months.
